FTTH Fusion Splice Tools Low Price Fiber Optic Cleaver manufactured by ANC International Co., Limited is a low cost and high precision fiber optic cutter for on-site engineer usage. The blade is made of German wolfram steel and has 0~15 total 16 cutting points on the blade. Each blade can cut about 48000 times.
In order to prevent the damage of the machine performance , please note the following when you use fiber cleaver.
1. Don’t get wet the fiber cleaver.
2. Don’t put the fiber cleaver in a place where is wet or dusty.
3. Under normal temperature preservation in order to avoid high temperature cause deformation.
4. Don't hit so hard fiber cleaver.
5. Leave about 12 mm long bare fiber.
6. Regularly clean up dirt on pressure fiberboard with alcohol, don't use acetone or corrosive solvent cleaning pressure fiberboard.
7. Constantly clean up fiber box and ensure no dust and oil dirties in the slot.
